Kirby Allen Eagan, age 59, of Washburn, Missouri passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, May 24, 2025.
He was born in Turkey on May 15, 1966, to Arthur and Betty (Shulse) Eagan. Kirby was preceded in death by his father.
Surviving are his mother; significant other, Cynthia Moore of Washburn, Missouri; one son, Dustin Eagan of Washburn, Missouri; one daughter, Chasity Moore of Cassville, Missouri; three brothers, Keith Eagan and his wife Kit of Washburn, Missouri, Kenneth Eagan of Washburn, Missouri and Kevin Eagan and his wife Becky of Exeter, Missouri; one sister Sherri Leach and her husband Dennis of Monett, Missouri; one granddaughter, Bella and several nieces and nephews.
Kirby grew up and attended school in Washburn. After graduating from Southwest High School in 1985, Kirby served his country with dedication to the Army Reserves. Professionally, Kirby worked at Eagan's Supply in Washburn, where he worked alongside family. He also cherished his time working on the family farm, an occupation that allowed him to indulge in his love for the outdoors. Kirby had a talent for tinkering with mowers and repairing all kinds of things. He enjoyed exploring flea markets and collecting an array of items. Kirby's greatest love was time spent with his family.
A celebration of life to honor Kirby will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
