Kirk Michael Thomas

Kirk Michael Thomas, 38, of North Little Rock, departed this life on Thursday, January 29, 2009. After attending Little Rock Central High, he served active duty with the U. S. Navy. He became an EMT, then Paramedic, and later entered law enforcement with North Little Rock Police Department, serving nine years there before joining the Saline County Sheriff’s Department. His passion was law enforcement, and his hobbies included baseball and football. He was a true Razorback fan, but also a Dallas Cowboys fan. Preceded in death by his father, Michael Paxton Thomas, he is survived by his wife, Damita, two sons, Jeffrey and Joshua Thomas, his mother, Martha Thomas, his sister, Melanie Thomas of Santa Monica, California, and a host of friends and relatives. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at Indian Hills Church, 6801 JFK Boulevard, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
