Kitty Arlene Bilger, 69, of White Deer, entered into eternal rest at 6:59 a.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026, at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital.
She was born on April 9, 1956, in New Castle, Wyoming, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Jean Arlene (Say) Edison. On February 6, 1972, she married David F. Bilger, with whom she shared many years of love and cherished memories.
Kitty was a devoted homemaker and residential caregiver. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed arts, crafts, and baking. She had a green thumb and always put her own special touch on everything she created. Above all, Kitty was deeply family-oriented and treasured time spent with her grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Stacy Marie Baptiste-Seba and Elia Seba of Baltimore, MD, and Heidi Jo and Robert Hardie of Bloomsburg; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Robert Edison, Bonnie Mong, Wesley Edison, Thomas Edison, and Jeannie Edison. She is also survived by numerous extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Merle Edison.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., with Ralph Miller officiating.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
