Kristi Mickelle Haslam, 58, of Bountiful, Utah, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Kingman, Arizona, to David Michael Gardner, Kristi lived a life full of warmth, adventure, and devotion to those she loved. In 1990, Kristi married John Haslam, her soulmate and lifelong partner, with whom she built a beautiful legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Kristi worked for the State of Utah, forming lifelong friendships that became a cornerstone of her life. Known for her kind spirit and infectious smile, she touched countless lives with her generosity and compassion. An avid outdoorswoman, Kristi found joy in hunting and camping, especially in Wyoming's wide-open spaces, where she created treasured memories. Her love for nature was matched only by her fierce devotion to her family. She is survived by her husband, John Haslam; her children, Johnny, Dustin, Jennifer, Brady, and Carli; and her beloved grandchildren, Kaylee, Riley, Josh, Dylan, and Kiley, who filled her heart with joy. To all her children, no matter the circumstances, Kristi's love remained constant and unconditional. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, David Michael Gardner, her cherished grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Prince, and her dear sister-in-law, Susan Forbes. Per Kristi's wishes, there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, Kristi asks that you all give your family and friends a hug, spreading the warmth she shared so freely. We love you, Mom.
