Kristine Reese Obituary

Watertown, WI - Kristine "Kris" J. Reese, 69, passed away on September 5, 2025.

Kristine "Kris" Joyce Nelson, born on February 26, 1956, in Watertown, Wisconsin, to parents Richard and Annette (Duddeck). On September 7, 1974, she was united in marriage to Donald Reese in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Kris was a devoted member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Helenville, WI, and she deeply loved her Lord.

She found joy in spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and watching classic television shows.

Kristine is survived by her children, Kelly Reese, Amy (Scott) Chance, and Jeff (Sarah) Reese; grandchildren, Jeremy (Kilee), Haylie, Jacob (Hailey), Alex, and Elisabeth; siblings, Chuckie (Leo) Holzinger, Steve (Peggy) Nelson; mother-in-law, Marion Reese; and brother-in-law, Richard Wrensch; as well as other friends and family.

Kristine was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Reese; her parents Richard and Annette Nelson; father-in-law, Palmer Reese; and sister-in-law, Jean Wrensch.

A private family burial will be held at Farmington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Helenville. Hafemeister Funeral Home and Cremation Service is serving the family. Online condolences may be made at www.hafemeisterfh.com.
