Krystle L Shortal

Krystle L (Miller) Shortal, formally of Union, MO, born on August 13, 1983 in Red Oak, Iowa, to Pam Miller and Michael, passed away at age 34 due complications from pneumonia on August 7, 2018 in El Paso, Texas. She was raised in Red Oak, IA and Union, MO. She graduated from Union High School in 2002. She was a Stay at home mom and would do anything for her five beautiful children. Krystle was the loving fiancée of David Quarles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Donna and James Askey, paternal great grandparents Raymond and Catherine Stevens, cousin Shane Shrum, and Uncle Donald Shrum. Krystle is survived by her stepmother, Jane Miller; sons, Dominic, Matthew, Gabriel Shortal, and Austin Parker; daughter, Sakura Shortal; sisters, Heather Stallings & husband Anthony, Mindy Gremard & husband Brian, and Courtney Miller; grandparents L. Jane and Nathan Miller. Donations in Krystle s name to GoFundMe account by Cindy Higgins are welcome and appreciated. A private memorial was held in El Paso, TX on August 10.
