Kurt Paul Hartner

From the days playing coed Kittenball on the Hardware Hank team, to many laughs at St. Michael Lions, there was a big gap after that in our days together. Now the last 4 years or so playing golf with Kurt and Clayton and Tom, I feel so fortunate that an older friendship was renewed and enjoyed over 9 or 18 holes. The stories and pictures from his 80th in Vegas, what a tremendous gift from his family. And what a trip to Alaska, the same summer? and how enjoyed the salmon meals that followed.
Maybe my highlight was playing golf in Pierz, Mn last August near my cabin, followed by a fun boat ride and one 'sleep'. I'll sign with the words he said to me on our last visit, 7/2,"See you around, Dirk"
