Kyle Hansen Arguedas, born March 17, 1955, in Encino, California, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025 in Pattison, Texas. She was 70 years old. Kyle lived a life grounded in faith, love, and family. She carried a deep faith in God that guided her through every season of her journey. Her trust in the Lord brought her strength, comfort, and purpose. She shared that faith generously with her family and all who knew her.

Kyle made her home in Houston, Texas. On March 26, 1972, she married her beloved husband, Juan Diego Arguedas. Their marriage of over five decades was a testament to unwavering partnership, mutual support, and enduring affection.

Kyle was a devoted mother, and is survived by her children: Jason Arguedas (Jennifer Freeman) of Brenham, Texas; Kristina (Shawn) Freeman of Pattison, Texas; Jorge (Amy) Arguedas of Katy, Texas; and Shelley (Chad) Kearney of Lake Stevens, Washington.

Kyle’s legacy lives on through her 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought light and pride into her life. Her consistent presence at their sports games, school events, and milestones was a constant reminder of her boundless love and support. Her family will forever remember her as steady, encouraging, and a fiercely loving matriarch.

Kyle found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved gardening, tending to her chickens, and caring for her beloved dog, Tio Tio, who was always by her side. She worked as a dedicated school bus driver, touching countless lives with her warmth, patience, and reliability before retiring after 25 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Naomi Andrews, and her siblings Karen Prescott, Kirk Andrews, Kristopher Andrews, and Kristean Wells. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout life.

Kyle’s life was one of kindness, resilience, and unwavering devotion to the ones she loved. Her laughter, her warmth, and her gentle spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the honor of knowing her.
