Kyle Francis Donlan, the son of Gary Donlan and Maggie Youngbird, was born on August 23, 1989. He died on April 4, 2025, at the Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg, Iowa at the age of 35 years.
Kyle graduated from Blaine High School in 2007 before attending Buena Vista University where he wrestled for two years and met Allison.
He enlisted in the United States Army in 2009, serving two tours in Afghanistan while stationed in Ft. Campbell, KY. He then recruited out of Roseville, MN for 4 years. Kyle was honorably discharged in 2020.
Kyle married Allison Peyton on July 1, 2011, and to this union, three children were born, Lucas, Aiden, and Karly.
In his free time, Kyle enjoyed coaching youth and high school wrestling, fishing, spending time at the cabin, and building Legos with his kids. He was an avid Minnesota sports fan including the Viking, Wild, Twins, Golden Gophers, and Timberwolves.
He is survived by his wife, Allison Donlan; children, Lucas, Aiden and Karly; his parents, Gary Donlan and Maggie (Charlie) Youngbird; siblings, Mitchell Donlan, Tara (Josh) DeRuyter, and Alissa Donlan; his mother and father-in-law, John and Tammy Peyton; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his wrestling family and his Army family.
Kyle was preceded in death by his Grandpa Marvin Donlan, Grandma Pat Mickelson, his beloved dog, Mya, and several Brothers in Arms.
