La'Nadia Paige Nicole Burks, 22, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025.
She was born on December 16, 2002, in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenneth Burks and Amber Ray. She is preceded in death by her mother, Amber Nicole Ray and great-grandmother, Katherine Reed. La'Nadia was a loving mother of one precious and adorable daughter, with a pure heart. A beautiful person inside and out, with her perfectly shaped almond eyes, outgoing bubbly personality, and infectious laugh.
La'Nadia's family knew her to be goofy and spontaneous. While her friends knew her to be the life of the party and always fun to be around. Yet everyone knew her passion for singing and dancing. With an amazing voice and a lot of rhythm, you could not escape the joy she exuded. Her passing leaves a void that will never be filled, as all that knew her will be deeply impacted.
La'Nadia is survived by her loving daughter, La'Nova Nicole Paige Burks; grandmother, Joan Elizabeth Marlow; father, Kenneth Tyson Burks, Sr.; aunts, Whitney Taylor Paige Morrow (Darryl), Jennifer Seviour; uncles, Shawn Burks, Tevin Marlow (Mekayla); siblings, Breonna Osborne, Kenneth Tyson Burks, Jr., Jaden Lestrade, Ka'Leeona Ray, and Kendall Pride; great-grandparents, Kenneth Irving Burks, Irma Burks, Arthur Reed Jr.; grandfather, Kenneth Allen Burks; nephew, Navey Blue as well as a host of cousins and friends.
