Lachman "Kenneth" Kissoon

Lachman "Kenneth" Kissoon, 76, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at Osceola HCA Hospital.

Born on November 19, 1949, in Georgetown, Guyana, Kenneth later migrated to the United States, where he built a meaningful life devoted to family and hard work. He made his home in Mount Vernon, New York, spending many cherished years there before relocating to Kissimmee, Florida, where he lived out his later years surrounded by the love of his family.

Kenneth was predeceased by his beloved parents, James and Doreen Hing, and his sister, Rita Ganpat.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Anita Kissoon, with whom he shared a life rooted in love, faith, and family. He was a proud and loving father to his daughters, Anjanie Skornia and her husband Nathan, and Amanda Reid and her fiancé Noel. Nothing brought him greater joy than being a grandfather to his cherished grandchildren, Natalia, Sharukh, and Shyenne, and great-grandson Zayden.

Kenneth is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Carlton, Desiree, Jennifer, Angela, David, Andrew, and Terri, along with many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

Above all else, Kenneth will be remembered for his unwavering love for the lord and his family. He was a steady presence, a source of strength, and a man who quietly showed his care through his actions. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and in the family he loved.
