Dear Sandy and family, if we´re not mistaken we met in spring 2013 in Madagascar. We were the just married couple from the Netherlands. By coincidence we are now in Cocoa Beach with our kids and remembering that you and Lamar lived here. It´s a small world. We are very saddened to hear that Lamar passed away recently and would like to take the opportunity to send you our condolences. We remember you and Lamar as such warm persons. I met Lamar several years ago as we both enjoy thoroughbred racing. He and I often compared travel plans & experiences. He was a "larger than life" figure who always shared his love for life and often spoke lovingly of his wife, her "huge" maj jong winnings and how grateful he was that she was Instrumental in planning their extensive travel adventures. I will miss him and his booming voice cheering a pony down the stretch. Rest in peace.

Condolences to Sandy and Family, from Glen and I. Lamar was always a friendly face to meet in the elevator, at the gym or out riding his bicycle. I'll miss hearing his travel stories

When we first moved to Cocoa Beach 16 years ago, Lamar and Sandy were the first to have us for dinner. Lamar was always generous, courteous, and great for a conversation on many topics.
He and Sandy have been model citizens of the Association.
Lamar will be missed......
