Lana June Evans, (nee Hensley) 78, of Richfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, with her husband by her side. She was born on November 7, 1947, and lived a life defined by devotion to her family, quiet strength, and unwavering love.
On February 26, 1965, Lana married the love of her life, John E. Evans. They moved to Richfield later that year, where they shared 60 years 9 months of partnership and built a warm and welcoming home together. In addition to her love in raising her family, she worked several jobs in her life. She worked at the The Richfield Coliseum in Richfield from the time it opened until it closed, one of her other jobs was as a Cook for the Revere School system.
Lana was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She especially loved shopping and camping, we traveled and visited almost every state, later we camped at Spring Valley in Ohio and spending time with children, both her own and those she welcomed into her home and heart.
Lana is survived by her husband, John, and their three children: Dawn (Kevin) Huffman, Victoria (Scott) Ladd, and John (Lisa) Evans, Jr. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Joseph (Alexander), Stacie (Luke), Mary, Chris, Charlotte, Spencer, Savannah, and Lilah.

Lana will be remembered for her kindness, her gentle humor, and her deep devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on in the values she instilled, the memories she created, and the love she gave freely.
In accordance with the family's wishes, no public services will be held. A family only celebration of life will be held at a later date. No flowers (she enjoyed her cut flower arrangements bought by her husband and children twice a month for her entire marriage) or other donations are requested.
