Lanaya Cameron Polk, 34, passed away at Abrazo Central surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Born on August 5, 1991, in Globe, Arizona to Marcelyn Boni Mull. Lanaya attended San Carlos High School in her teens. Later, she attended San Carlos Training Institute. Lanaya graduated from UEI College with a certificate in Medical Coding. She worked for the San Carlos Forestry Department in the camp crew.
Lanaya is survived by her children: 4 sons of San Carlos, Arizona, 1 son of Queen Creek, Arizona, and 1 daughter of San Carlos, Arizona. She is also survived by 5 siblings: Shaina Polk of San Carlos, Arizona, Shalana Polk of San Carlos, Arizona, Analia Hernandez of Mesa, Arizona, Kimberly Richarson of Payson, Arizona, and Tewana Lagrange of Surprise, Arizona.
Lanaya is preceded in death by her daughter, Destiny Faith Nosie, and her brother, Isaiah Wilson Polk.
Services will be held on March 16, 2026, at Hillside Holiness Church, viewing starts at 8:00 am. Church services will start at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Upper Peridot Cemetery.
