With great sadness I have read about your beloved son. Though I never met him I did have the opportunity to work with Dale and Meagan. Knowing you two I know he is a fine young man.
Unfortunately, I personally know what you are feeling. I found, and I pray you find, the positive memories come more often in the coming days.
You will be in my prayers and thoughts.

Dear Megan and Dale, I´m so very sad to hear this news about your son. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

My sincere condolences to Lance's family. Graham is horrified for the loss of Lance. Lance was so inclusive the the younger runners. He always included Graham in any gathering with group. Graham plans to attend the funeral. Steve and I are still out of town and not returning until the end of July. I know how a parent feels when they lose a child. I lost my 20 year old daughter, Christina when she was a student at U of M. When you get a call from the police your heart stops. It has taken me 20 years to find some peace.
