Larry Amos Obituary

Larry Eugene Amos, 66 of Seymour passed away December 5, 2025 at Westview Health and Rehab in Bedford, Indiana. He was born July 31, 1959 in Seymour to Carl Robert and Lillian Mullins Amos. He lived most of his life in Seymour, attending Seymour High School and working for Domestic Laundry for many years. Larry enjoyed a simple life and enjoyed watching races at Brownstown Speedway.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughters and their families, Sarah and Dustin Staggs of Shoals, Indiana and Susanna and Paul Brock of Williams, Indiana, his brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Lisa Amos of Seymour and his sister, Sue King of Stanford, Kentucky as well his grandchildren, Samuel and Makenah Staggs, Eliza Staggs, Henry Staggs, Joshua Brock and Elaina Brock.

Friends may visit with Larry's family from 12:00 pm until the service at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, 316 N. Chestnut Street, Seymour. His son-in-law, Pastor Dustin Staggs will officiate the service. He will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery.
