Larry Attaway Obituary
Funeral service for Larry Attaway, age 73 of Pickton, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Hampton officiating. Interment will follow at Black Oak Cemetery with Landon Lambrich, Kyle Williams, Hunter Williams, Logan Williams, Kobie Wright, and Denver Tinney serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy Wright and Rick Warren. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. Mr. Attaway passed away on May 8, 2023 at Christus Mother Frances – Tyler.
Larry was born on January 17, 1950 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Bill Jack and Jessie Lee (Little) Attaway. He married Deborah Elliott on May 19, 1964 in Quitman, Texas. Larry worked as a dairy farmer. He was a member of the Winnsboro House of Praise.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters, Kim and husband, Jeremy Wright, Shelley and husband Rick Warren, Sheena Chamberlain; grandchildren, Hannah and Breanna Warren, Landon Lambrich, Peyton McCann, Maci and Kobie Wright, Kyle Williams, Hunter Williams, and Logan Williams; great grandchildren, Greyson and Joseph Jr. McCann, Aubrey Williams, Mckenzie Williams, Brooklyn Williams, Kaden Williams and Carter Williams; brothers, Donny Attaway and Jimmy Attaway; sister, Martha Ann Heard.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronny Attaway.
