Larry Victor Horcick

Larry Victor Horcick, 78, of Canonsburg, died Monday, September 8, 2025, in St. Clair Hospital. He was born June 2, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Steve and Alvina Wauthier Horcick. You could often find Larry on the golf course, sharing laughs with his long-term golf league buddies or at the White Eagles, enjoying a cigar and good conversation with close friends. In earlier years, Larry found joy in hunting and fishing alongside his father-in-law and son. Some of their most cherished memories were made on annual trips to Dutch Fork for the first day of trout season. Despite facing many health challenges over the years, Larry never let them keep him from the things he loved. He was a man of resilience and spirit, always ready with one of his famously corny jokes, guaranteed to bring a smile to anyone around him. Surviving are wife, Carla Horcick; daughter, Shelley Hohn (Erik Bogdon); son, Chad (Candace) Horcick; and grandchildren, Sienna Hohn, Victor and Violet Horcick; sisters, Janet (Mike) Kosky, and Donna Horcick; twin brother, Harry (Suzanne) Horcick; and multiple nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by his dog, Paisley and their daily tug of war battles. Honoring Larry's wishes, the family will not be holding visitation or services.
