We have missed seeing Larry and Mary around town since they moved out of Lakeview. Larry was always fun to be around. Larry, Dick and some other fun fellas were taken to New York to drive new Volkswagens to Lakeview....all arrived somewhat damaged. Probably in the late 1950´s. Quite a trip!

Larry and Mary were neighbors when I was in my teens. They were aunt and uncle to two good friends of mine. Larry was always friendly and had a smile permanently on his face. He was town cop when he lived near my family. May the Holy Spirit bless his family with comfort and peace.

Larry was my neighbor while living in Lakeview. He was so full of fun! He used to stand in the doorway and lift his shirt and scratched his tummy. One day I hollered keep that up and I´m going to show you up. He challenged me and I accepted... lol
One day my girls decided to take a walk to Meijer. Larry was the hero who organized a search party for my girls. It took the whole village to find them. He was a great man and friend. My condolences to Mary and the rest of the family.
