Larry JORDAN Obituary
Of Lancaster, NY. We are sad to announce the passing of Larry D. Jordan, Sr. He died at the age of 68. Larry passed away surrounded by his loved ones at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital after a long illness. We will miss him very much. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran and retired CSX locomotive engineer and was Pastor of New Harvest Church of Christ. The family will be present for public visitation on Wednesday, May 17 from 6-8pm at 1275 Sycamore Street, Buffalo, NY 14211. Home Going Service Thursday, May 18 at 10am at Greater Refuge Temple, 943 Jefferson Ave., Buffalo, NY 14204. Celebration of Life and Repass will be at Main Events Banquet Hall, 1420 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14209 at 3pm. Burial will be at Western New York National Cemetery with full Military Honors on Friday, May 19 at 10am. Arrangements by BRIAN K. LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, 347 Peckham, Buffalo, NY 14206. Dear Laverne and Donell and your entire family, I am so VERY SORRY for your loss!! God had other plans for Larry. I believe that the angels ushered him home, and we WILL see him again You are a beautiful family, I can't express to you, how grateful I am, to have met all of you at the hospital! Our 'church' gathering in the ICU waiting room, will stay with me forever. And I will continue to seek the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. May God help to lesson your pain.
