Larry Lewis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Annville on Mar. 12, 2026.
Larry Stephen Lewis, 78, of Annville passed away on Tuesday March 10, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Jennifer J. (Babinski) Lewis, with whom he celebrated 24 years of marriage.

Larry was born in Glendale, CA on December 30, 1947, to the late Richard Rodney and Shirley (Grey) Lewis. He had been a draftsman, originally working with pen and ink for many years, then computer aided drafting. He worked for Cracker Barrel in VA and helped with the food pantry at his church in VA. Larry was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Lebanon, where he sang in the choir. He was a member of The Palmyra Sportsman Association. Larry was a member of the former Lebanon 912 Club. He volunteered at the local polling location for elections. He had written stories about his life using Story Worth. Larry was patriotic, and was known for his love of American history, with rediscovering our Christian heritage being one of the reasons he relocated to the East Coast in 2007. He loved to encourage people, and kept in touch with his friends the best he could, many times going to coffee with them. In his younger days, he even made a picnic table engraved both with the word "Friends" and his friends' names. Larry also enjoyed muscle cars, drag racing, collecting pennies (since childhood), gardening, prepping, researching on the internet, current events, reading the Bible, and trying to make a difference in this world.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughters, Ann Marie Lougheed of Alta Loma, CA, Josephine Miles of Eastvale, CA, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a brother Douglas Lewis and his wife Pat of Palmdale, CA, a nephew, Doug Lewis, a niece, Brittany Lewis, a stepmother, Pat Lewis, and several cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00AM at Mt. Annville Cemetery, N Route 934, Annville. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at his church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Lebanon Rescue Mission, Mailing Address: P.O. Box 5, Lebanon, PA 17042.
