MISS YOU BUDDY STILL FRIENDS SINCE 15 YEARS OLD.

John Hartwick Jr.

Larry was a good friend. I met Larry at the West Suburban YMCA. He was a large happy man that enjoyed his workouts at the YMCA. He was a smiling friend to many of the regulars and to me. He was kind, interesting and interested in others. He enjoyed reading and shared his love for Michael Conelly books that form the basis of the streaming videos: Bosch, Lincoln Lawyer. Larry lent me some of his collection of books which we discussed while walking the track. Larry shared his interesting life and love of others with me. He was square shouldered smiling and warm. He was a veteran and proud of his service as a medic in Vietnam: like Hacksaw Ridge. I miss him at the YMCA, as do many, and pray to talk with him again.

I will miss my daily conversations with Larry at the YMCA. He was here every day and a very friendly guy, always smiling. We miss him already. My deepest condolences to his loved ones.
