Sonny Smith
September 23, 2011
Mrs. Meyerhoeffer, my name is Sonny Smith. I met Mo, and I hope you don't mind me calling him that he always seem to like that, in 1972 when I came home. He was one of the first of a cast of character's that I made friends with and it seemed that those people were true friends until this day. We didn't see a lot of each other after the years past, I suppose you could say we grew up, got jobs, married, had children and now grandchildren, I really don't know where the years went. But for Mo he always made me smile no matter what, I cant remember him ever being in a bad mood, i'm sure it happens to all but not when we were together, when he lived in the farm house on the river was some of the best times in my life. If we were in a crowd and I didn't see him he always found me, I am sorry and I know that's what everyone says for your loss but it was and i'm sure i'm speaking for the ones of us that grew up together our loss too. Mo was a good man a good friend and ill call my brother forever. I am sorry I missed the funeral I got there to early, got my times mixed up I do that a lot and I also misunderstood the man that told me it was privet, I was just to early. But my deepest condolences to your family. SS
