My deepest sympathies go to the Opperman family. I remember Larry from many, many years ago. when his first children were born and he was married to his first wife. I used to babysit the kids and always thought alot of Larry. Although he has not been a part of our family for many many years he has always held a special place in my heart.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

My sencere and deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Opperman Family. I am a friend of Mike's and did not personally know Larry but can only expect through Mikes actions that Larry was a great man. I encourage the family to remember the good times with Larry and the good things he did and accomplished during his time here on earth. May God bless you in your time of grieving.

I have known few people that had as much fun in life. Even though I had limited contact with him, he was always quick with a smile and "witty" input. He has touched many people with his sense of humor.
He passed his sense of humor and wit, along with a touch of "ornery" to his children, based on the contact I've had with them. It's has been a priviledge to know him, and he has left an impression on me that will last.
He has earned my respect, and I believe, the respect of others.

I would like to express my deepest sympathies to your family during this difficult time. I know there will be many questions and prayers that will need to be answered. I hope that you can take the memories and use them to comfort you, knowing that you are in many peoples prayers and thoughts. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. Sincerely, Scott Rippey
