Larry Douglas Proper

Larry was born on January 15, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Larry was a resident of Meadville, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was a 1970 graduate of Randolph High School and a graduate of the Erie Business School. He is survived by his wife Connie. Calling hours will be Thursday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home 581 Chestnut St. Meadville and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Beginnings Church of God 13226 Leslie Rd. Meadville. The funeral service and celebration of Larry's life will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Temple Jarrell officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery Guys Mills. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mercy House of Meadville 13180 Leslie Rd. Suite 2 Meadville PA 16335.
