Larry William Randolph, age 73 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away March 24, 2025 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born February 24, 1952 in Bridge Port, Connecticut to the late Azer and Willene (Selby) Randolph.
Larry worked for Majestic in Huntington, IN for many years before moving to TN. Where he worked as a Security Guard at Mallory, and custodian at BASF, Mallory, and White County Middle School where he won Employee of the year in 2013. He retired in 2017. Since he retired, he has been doing woodworking in his garage where he has made multiple furniture items for family and friends. When this got to difficult for him he began building model cars and trucks and he loved to show them off. He loved his dogs Gus, Claire, and Boomer. Every morning, he would sit playing his music in his recliner with his coffee and play with the cats, Montanna and Dusty. His wife, kids, and grandkids were his world and he was very proud of them all.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; son, Joshua William Randolph; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Dan Parrett of Huntington, Indiana.
Larry is survived by his wife of 28 years, Judy Randolph; children, Jeremy (Stephanie) Turner, Jay (Kim) Randolph, Jillena (Randy) Burger, Junne Burke; brother, James (Cathy) Randolph; grandchildren, Angelique (Justus) Farley, Darien Turner, Caleb Turner, Noah Randolph, Jayla Randolph, Nathan McCallister, Dinah McCallister (Jessie Armstrong), Mersadez Grove (Malaki Johnson); great grandchildren, Jozette Farley, Austyn Farley, Raelynn Armstrong; also he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements:
The viewing will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Funeral service will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Officiating will be Bro. James Nash. Burial will follow in Board Valley Cemetery.
