Mr. Larry Earl Ross

Larry Earl Ross, age 63, of McDade Road Forest City died Thursday, May 19, 2011, at his Residence. A native of Rutherford County He was the son of the late Earl Johnson Ross and Lucille Wilson Ross. Larry had worked at Spindale Mills and also at American Water Graphics in the Lab. He had attended Gray's Creek Baptist Church and also Spencer Baptist Church. He will dearly be missed and never forgotten. Larry was a very outgoing person and always had something to talk about for hours on end. He loved to talk about racing, movies, electronics or anything on his mind. He is survived by: Two Daughters: Chris Jury, Mooresboro, NC Regina Rhodes, Rutherfordton, NC One Son: Alan Ross, Rutherfordton, NC Six Grandchildren One Sister: Linda Baynard, Forest City, NC Three Nephews and One Niece And extended Family and Friends The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, May 22, 2011 at McMahan's Funeral Home, Rutherfordton. Funeral services will be at Gray's Creek Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2011 with the Revs. Bryan Cooper, Reid Cooper and Phillip Bailey officiating. The body will lie in state 30 mins prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow in Spindale City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hospice of Rutherford County P.O. Box 336 Forest City NC 28043. The family will be at the home of his sister Linda Baynard on Amos Road in Forest City.
