Larry Vanasdale Obituary
A graduate of Plymouth High School, Larry served proudly in the United States Navy before earning a Masters degree from the Ohio State University.
He led a successful, lifelong career as a teacher for Columbus City Schools. His hobbies included woodworking, gardening, and beekeeping.
Larry is survived by his loving wife Sally, their sons, grandchildren, sister, and other dear relatives.
Friends may visit at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1 PM. Rev. Nathan R. McBeth will officiate with interment held in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Prevent Blindness Ohio at ohio.preventblindness.org.
Online condolences may be made at www.barkdullfuneralhome.com.
