I met Launa over 40 years ago, when she and her kids moved into Anoka, at Manorcrest Townhomes. I was invited to "TP" her townhouse for her birthday before I had even met her. We've been friends ever since. We use to go out and dance and have a few drinks. We were out together when she met her husband Bruce. I've met a few "exes", been to a family baby shower and helped her pack and move and had many fun nights dancing. I have truly enjoyed her friendship and will miss all of our breakfasts and gallons of coffee and hours on the phone. I miss my friend.

Alicia Solarz, Holly Fitzgerald, Cole Fitzgerald, and Chloe Fitzgerald are her 4 grandchildren who all loved her dearly, and will miss her greatly. We will never forget the time we spent with her, and the place she held in our lives, her being gone is not easy, and will leave a hole in our lives forever. She will also be missed by her beautiful great grandchildren, Taylor and Caleb.

I loved Launa with all my heart & was so glad that she became my stepmother even when I didnt need one. She gained 3 step children, 3 grandkids & 4 great grandkids! I will miss her so very much! My thought & prayers are with the family as they deal with their loss.
