Laura Louise Holder

Laura Louise Holder born on November 7, 1943 peacefully went to her heavenly home surrounded by her family on November 27, 2025. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She will be truly missed and her memory cherished.
Laura will be remembered for many things including her love for her family, her love of watching football with her family and friends, and enjoying the company of others. She loved people and it brought her immense joy to talk with others. She was devoted to reading her bible and always praying for her family as well as friends and others. Her kindness and love will not be forgotten.
Laura is predeceased by Kenneth Eugene Holder, her parents, Kenneth E. Copeland and Laura V. Copeland, her sons Brian Keith Holder and Gregory Steven Holder, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and her granddaughter Heather Ann Holder. She is lovingly remembered by her sister Carolynn Hankins, her son Kenneth Holder (Sherri), her daughter Karen Holder, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday December 4, 2025 beginning at 12:00PM at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory Downtown Suffolk Chapel (509 W. Washington St. Suffolk VA) with visitation beginning one hour prior. A graveside service will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Services will be officiated by Pastor Dean Jester.
