Laura Mitchell, a cherished member of her family, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, in Mesquite, Texas, at the age of 74. Born on October 4, 1950, in Corsicana, Texas, Laura's life was marked by her meek and mild personality, which endeared her to all who knew her.
Laura, whose maiden name was George, dedicated her life to her family. As a housewife, she created a warm and nurturing environment for her loved ones, always putting their needs first. One of her fondest memories was enjoying meals from Williams's Chicken, a simple pleasure that brought her joy and comfort.
Laura is survived by her beloved children, grandchildren, and other relatives and friends, who will carry her spirit forward, holding onto the many cherished moments they shared with her throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Booker T. and Ruby George, as well as one son, who are now reunited with her in eternal rest.
Laura Mitchell will be remembered for her gentle nature, her loving spirit, and her unwavering devotion to her family. She has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
