Lauralee was what you would call a real person. I've known her for 10+ years from the restaurant and would always feel good when I would see her smile and she would take the time to talk no matter how I felt before I went in. Even when she was going through this situation she still had energy and was smiling. My sympathy goes out to her family and friends. Lauralee you will be missed.

I knew Laura since I was a little girl, her and my sister were best friends. She always had a great laugh and a wonderful smile. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My memories of Lauralee always start at Park Tavern...watching her fly around the restaurant. She always took time to listen or share a story with a customer. She was so open and carefree. She seemed to love people. I'm sure it's why so many of her customers felt like her friend.

I loved our lunches and walks and shopping trips together. I loved hearing about her projects...she seemed to have about 50 going at all times. She talked about her love of flowers and photography and fishing. She had a fishing boat in her garage for a while. I'm not sure how she managed that but Lauralee never seemed to give up.

And of course she talked about the kids. The wonderful "girl's nights" with Kristina and Stefanie. She had tears in her eyes when she told me about the time Corey brought Christian to Park Tavern and he ran across the restaurant yelling, "Grandma!" She so adored all of you.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Lauralee's family and friends. I hope you can find comfort in all your wonderful memories and by knowing how much so many people loved Lauralee.

When ever I would walk into the Park Tavern and Lauralee was working, one could see how much she loved what she was doing. Just by the energy and smiles she would give off. It would make anyones day. It was contagious. I am going to miss that. Even with everything she was going through, she still had that "glow" about her.
Tenderly, may time heal your sorrow,
Gently, may friends ease your pain,
Softly, may peace replace your heartache. Keep those memories of her in your heart and celebrate her life, as she celebrated life itself.

Lauralee was one of the best and friendliest waitresses at Park Tavern. I always enjoyed when she waited on us. I am so sorry about her untimely passing.

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.
I came to know Lauralee over four years ago when I began working at the Park Tavern selling pulltabs. We had many chats and many laughs together. I would like to share my favorite memory of Lauralee. Late afternoon when the lunch business ended, She would be in the dining room straightening up the tables and a good song would would be playing {that obviously moved her spirit!} and she would start dancing! I would laugh and then she would laugh and keep right on dancing!!
Laurlee had a joyful spirit and I will never forget that about her.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Lauralee's family. I only knew Lauralee from our brief encounters at the Park Tavern where we would exchange little tidbits about our lives and children. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by all she touched.

I loved lauralee so very much. We dated for four years and after that ended we became very close friends.
I never stopped loving her. She was
a wonderful person, a great mom,
and I like to think my best friend.
I now have a huge hole in me that only God and time can heal.

Babe, I miss you so much!

Forever and Always,

Nancy
