I´m going to miss my dad so much.My father's death has been incredibly difficult for me, as I deeply regret not spending enough time with him while he was alive. But we always called each other.Despite our limited time together, every moment meant everything to both of us, especially when it came to making new memories with each other and his grandkids. Unfortunately, his struggles with mental illness often made things hard on both of us, but even so, he never forgot to call me bright and early at 9:19 AM sharp on my special day year after year. Looking back now though, what I wouldn´t give for just one more conversation like that... I love you dad I´m going to miss our conversation.

Larry always made me laugh. When he was in kindergarten he told all the kids to go home at recess because it was an early day....and they did, every single one of them. Then when he was in high school and he started going home every day at lunch, it wasn't quite as funny. My Dad decided to attend his classes for a full week to teach him, what he hoped, was a very embarrassing lesson. It back-fired entirely, all his friends loved my Dad and Larry wanted him to keep attending.
Larry always had an impish Irish outlook on life, which served well him with the type of mental illness from which he suffered. At times his life could be very sad, but he always found joy in simple acts of kindness toward others and that is what I will remember about my brother forever. I loved him so.
