LaVaine G. Sebo, 87 of Carmel, IN formerly of Warsaw, IN, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her home. LaVaine was born in Kasson Village, MN to the late Gunder and Ella Moen. She worked in the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant and secretary to the prosecuting attorney before retiring.
LaVaine was a member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Warsaw.
A visitation for family and friends to gather will be held at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Warsaw, IN on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11am. A Funeral service will be held at 12pm. A graveside will be held immediately following Oakwood Cemetery after which the family invites all to join in a luncheon provided by the church.
LaVaine was the widow of Wayne A. Sebo until his passing in May of 2018 after 61 loving years of marriage. She is survived by her children, Eric Sebo and Michele Finley; grandchildren, Sarah Sebo Williams, Shane Sebo, Courtney Sebo Crutchfield, Drew Sebo, Benjamin, Ian, Matthew and Nathan Finley; 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Sebo and son, Scott Sebo
