Lawanda "Sue" Baker passed away November 22, 2025 with her family and love surrounding her.

She was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and most of all best friend. she was a true angel on earth and was as selfless as she was strong.

Sue was born in Roberta, Oklahoma in 1939 with big dreams of becoming a teacher. However, her big heart took her where she needed to be. She put her own life on hold to move to Garland, Texas to help a friend in need to take care of her family.

She never hesitated to help anyone in need, always ready to feed, clothe or even give someone a place to stay for a couple of days if they needed it. She was a true woman of God and would give grace, offer kindness, hope and inspiration to family, friends and even strangers. She touched the lives of so many in ways some will never know, and others will never forget.

At a young age, she began working at Unitron and continued for 53 years. She was more than dedicated to her work and her Unitron family. So much that she continued working until the age of 82. At times she could be a little tough, but she without demand gained the respect and love from her Unitron family. And was like a second mom to some.

She loved being surrounded by her family and loved to make everyone laugh and forced us to love and reminded us in every way that she loved us. If you needed to talk or even complain to someone, she would listen without judgment and help and give guidancewith her loving wisdom.

She was beautiful, wise, kind, and full of her hilarious wit. There will never be another angel on earth like her.

Even though our hearts are broken, we know that she is in heaven, watching over us and running around with her mother and waiting until the day we can all be together again. Until we see you again, we love you very much and we'll always have you in our hearts.

Sue was preceded in death by her mother and father Viola heart and Charles J Hart, her sister undine, Nelda June, Mildred Laverne, Bernice and brothers, Titus Wayne and Charles Jay.

She is survived by her daughter, Misty Wood, her son Chris Razor and daughter-in-law Peggy Razor, her grandson, Jeff Razor, her granddaughter, Courtney Holloway and husband Nick Stanley, granddaughter Lindsey Cheshier and husband, Eddie Cheshier, Elizabeth Griner and husband, Nick Griner, grandson, Vincent Angus and wife, Brianna Angus, grandson, Timothy Angus and wife Christina Angus. And her great grandchildren, Dez , Devin, Jayden, Audrey, Layla, Riven, Cesley, Jamison, Clayton, Bryce, Anyssa, Chasity, Gabriella and Giovanni.

"I guess God needed another angel in heaven."
