LaWayne "Porky" Roy Rolls Sr of Columbia Crossroads passed away unexpectedly at home on October 26th, 2025 at the age of 69. Born in Sayre, PA to Charles Kilpatrick and Amy Rolls, Porky, as he was affectionately known as to those closest to him, was a Jack of all trades. His hobbies included lawn mower and small engine repairs, hunting, fishing, camping, his dogs, watching NASCAR and Lawn Mower Racing, and spending time with his family. Though quiet and reserved at first, he was known to be quite the talker once you got to know him.
LaWayne is survived by his siblings; Raymond (Mona) Rolls of Athens (PA), and Virginia "Ginger" Nero of Hazleton (PA), and children; Christopher (Jodi) Rolls of Jacksonville (NC), Jeremy (Ashley) Rolls of Millerton (PA), Karen (Harvey) Miller of Columbia Crossroads (PA), LaWayne "Chip" (Tia) Rolls Jr of Columbia Crossroads (PA), and Mayone (James) Sallows of Huntingdon (PA). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his canine companion, Bruce of Columbia Crossroads (PA).
He is predeceased by his parents; Charles Kilpatrick and Amy Rolls, and siblings; Charles "Sonny" Rolls, Dana Rolls Sr, Viola "Peg" Crowley, Donna Evans, Ida Boyle, and Sandra Perea. He is also predeceased by his long-time partner and soulmate Barbara Fulford and his beloved dog Sasha.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring when the family is able to come together again. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made to help with unexpected expenses in Porky's honor, to be sent to Guthrie Community Credit Union in Troy, PA, made out to LaWayne Rolls Jr.
