Lawrence "Larry" Feight Jr. Obituary
Lawrence (Larry) Kenneth Feight Jr., age 91, of White Oak, NC, passed away surrounded by his family Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital. He was born in Jeanette, Pennsylvania. He is preceded in death by his parents Lawerence Kenneth Feight,Sr and Leah Feight, a sister June Clem (Cliff), brothers Glenn Feight and Tom Feight (Garlyn), and granddaughter Jamie Poythress.
Larry was a dedicated husband, dad, and papa. He loved his family and church. He was a kind and humble man.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Feight of the home; sons Edward Feight, wife Juli, Channing Feight, wife Linda, and one daughter Dawn Campbell, husband Jeff all of White Oak. Grandchildren Kyle Feight (Brett), Trevor Feight (Grace), Noah Feight, Joah Feight, Joey Feight, and Crissy Feight. Great Grandchildren Rhys Feight, Fallon Feight, Lorraine Feight, and Malikye Poythress.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 2:00 pm followed by funeral services at 3:00 pm at Suggs Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Bradley Tatum, Reverend David Dew, and Reverend Walter Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
