Lawrence Weathers Obituary
Lawrence S. Weathers, 66, of Davenport, Iowa, died Friday, December 19, 2025, at Harmony Utica Ridge, Davenport.
Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Lawrence Steven Weathers was born March 19, 1959, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of John W. Sr. and Betty Jane (Fues) Weathers.
He was a taxi driver for most of his career. In his free time, Larry enjoyed playing Bingo, watching wrestling and the Three Stooges on television, and collecting toy cars.
Larry is survived by three siblings, Karen Toensing of Davenport, John Weathers, Jr. of Moline, and Pennie Weathers of East Moline; and many nieces and nephews that loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Susan Ballard; and his brother, Carl Weathers.
