Larry was great neighbor, always smiling, friendly. I met Larry when we first bought our house across the street from him and soon adopted a dog. I got home from work opened the front door to get the mail. As I reached into my mailbox my dog squeezed though the screen door behind me and took off running. Of course after only having her for a week, she really didnt know her name, so I start running after her and as I crossed onto Larry's lawn and around the huge corner bush of his, I see him sitting there petting her with no collar or leash, just petting her calmy. All he said was "Does she belong to you?" and laughed. He will missed.

I wish the family my condolences. Larry was a member of the cumberland neighborhood. So many knew him and enjoyed seeing him in the neighborhood. He and I shared birthyear and grandkids about the same age. We also would meet at Grove Cross country meets. I enjoyed conversations as i would walk by daily.
