Baby Layla Raine Pantuso Olesh, a cherubic presence whose brief time on earth left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her, passed away suddenly on November 4, 2025, in Coplay, Pennsylvania. Born in Bethlehem, PA, on September 10, 2025, to Katrina Pantuso of Coplay, and Michael Olesh of Allentown, Layla's arrival brought immeasurable joy and love into the world.
Layla's radiant smile and loving nature were her most remarkable features. Although her time with us was short, she was a light in the lives of her family, who felt blessed by her presence. Layla's innocence and purity were a reminder of the preciousness of life, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by a loving family that cherished every moment with her. Her father, Michael Olesh, and her mother, Katrina Pantuso and her husband Jonathan, along with her devoted sister, Brittany, will forever hold Layla in their hearts. John Berry, her paternal grandfather, and her aunts Brenda, Tara, Star, and Lisa, as well as her uncle Jack, will miss her sweet demeanor and her ability to brighten a room with her gentle presence.
Layla's nieces, Brielle and Belle, though young, will grow up hearing stories of their angelic aunt who touched so many lives in such a short time. Her extended family, including cousins Katrina her husband Kyle and their daughter Keira, Mike, Keegan, and many others, will remember Layla as a symbol of love and the beautiful connection that binds a family together.
Layla's interests, though she experienced them for only a brief time, were simple yet profound: the warmth of a loving embrace, the soothing lullabies sung by her family, and the comfort of being close to those she loved. She was an angel here on earth and a reminder of the unconditional love that she shared.
Services: A viewing will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, followed by a 7:00 PM service all at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street Bethlehem, PA 18018. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
