Leah Krohn Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Sheridan Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Dec. 2, 2025.
Leah Opal Krohn, 79, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025, at her son's home in Gillette, Wyoming. She was born on December 9, 1945. She was married in Sheridan to Bud Edgar Krohn on June 27, 1968.
Leah's children are Calvin Russell Krohn; Kurt Edgar Krohn; and Katherine Gwen Wilson. She had been a grandmother and great-grandmother during her lifetime.
She loved playing canasta with friends and was a pioneer of a woman. She had strength and perseverance. She was a member of the Blue Sky Saddle Club where she and her grandchildren rode horses in the parades in Sheridan. She has been loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by son Calvin (Patricia) and his sons Brett (Tessa), and their children Korbyn, Bryson & Braylee; Tyler, by son Kurt and his son Brock; and by Kathy (Radar) Wilson and her son Trey. Leah is preceded in death by her parents James and Helen Milbrun.
Everyone who knew Leah was very thankful for having her in their lives. Leah was a very special CNA at Sheridan Memorial Hospital for 30 years, mostly in Pediatrics. She worked hard and sometimes made suggestions to the RNs of things they could be doing differently.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Ignite Wesleyan Church, 404 W. Brundage Lane in Sheridan, with Chaplain Jack officiating. A reception will follow the service.
