To all of her family and all the folks who loved her which includes me, may we carry her in our hearts forever. I was Leandra´s teacher for 6 years. I loved her greatly. She could bring the classroom to unstoppable laughter in a matter of seconds. She had a wonderful sense of humor. She showed great caring for the people in her life, her friends, her teachers, and her family. Having Leandra in our school family meant we also had Leandra´s family in our lives. Her Grandparents, Dewy and Marion were always looking out for what was best for her and were excellent partners with our school staff. Leandra was very bright and as school staff we had to be careful about adult conversations around her. She looked out for other classmates and for staff. She was a presence that carried so much joy that there are not words to describe it. Love to all of her family. I am so grateful that for six wonderful years I had her present in my life. She will be in my heart forever.
