Leandra Martinez passed away peacefully on August 5, 2025, at the age of 96. She shared over 50 cherished years of marriage with her husband.
Leandra is lovingly remembered by her three children: James J. Martinez of Nevada, Elizabeth Stage (John) of Santa Paula, and Debi Billen (Scott) of Idaho.
She was a devoted grandmother to seven grandchildren: Leslie Martinez (Peter), Robert Ortiz (Amber), James J. Martinez (Shelly), Richard Martinez, Jacob Billen (Rilee), Spencer Billen, and Stevie Ray Rutledge. Her legacy continues through her eleven great-grandchildren: Anissa Arenas (Adam), Jonathan Ortiz, Carson, Ortiz, Wyatt Ortiz, Broxton Ortiz, Raylan Ortiz, Maddie Kennedy, Atticus Billen, Luca Billen, Bodhi Billen, and Reagan Rutledge. She also leaves behind three great-great-grandchildren: Russell Robledo, Zeplin Robledo, and Everly Mae Arenas.
Leandra’s family was the cornerstone of her life. She will be remembered for her warmth, unwavering love, and the joy she found in every generation of her family.
