Leanna Carol Mills

Leanna Carol Mills, 46, of Herndon, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Princeton Community Hospital. 

Born July 26, 1979 at Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of Sharon (Brown) Mills and the late Marvin Lee Mills. 

Leanna was a homemaker. She was free spirited, hard worker, and strong willed. 

In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen and Luther Brown and Velma and Eugene Whitt. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Savannah Prince (Nick) and Julia Williams; two sons, Zackary Shrewsbury (Marlena Hardy) and Shannon Shrewsbury, II; her mother and stepfather, Sharon Mills and Jessie Whitt; one sister, Jennifer Burks (Bobby); two brothers, Thomas Mills (Patricia) and Micheal Mills (Gina); two granddaughters, Aubree Prince and Hannah Shrewsbury; numerous nieces and two nephews, Dylan and Aidan Burks. 

In keeping with Leanna's wishes, she will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Solid Rock Worship Center, 206 Trace Street, Mullens, WV with Pastor Mickey Mitchell officiating.
