I just saw this obituary. I wondered why I hadnt heard from Lee in a while. We met in graduate school and I always admired her. She is missed.

Since first meeting you in a Spanish class a decade ago, we so enjoyed all our fun times together - UCLA moments, weekly class with Fernando at your home, and our trip to South America. Your enthusiasm for learning was evident in all that you encountered.
