Mrs. Lee Anne Day, of Toccoa, Georgia, formally of Dallas, Georgia passed away peacefully at the age of 80. Born in Newcastle, Australia on May 19, 1945, she arrived in America on April 1, 1946 aboard the S.S. Monterey. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mois and Gwenith Pritchett.

Lee was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Chris Day (Tracie), daughter Lisa Moon (Tommy), granddaughters Keisha Bottino (Derek), Whitley Butterworth (Brian), Brittany Shadburn (Adam), Andrea Moon, and grandson Matthew Moon. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Noah Day, Eli Butterwoth, Isabella Bottino, Colton Bottino, Nellie Shadburn, and Thomas Shadburn.

She is also survived by her sister Sandra Himes (Bob), brother David Pritchett (Marsha), and many nieces and nephews. Lee was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Day.

Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Services will be held in the chapel of Georgia Funeral Care in Acworth on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM. The family will receive friends starting at 11:00 AM.
