I have known Lee for five years through working with his children in the Otsego tennis program. He was the closest example of Job that I have personally known - suffering through medical ailments further complicated by other life setbacks that would have shattered the faith of many. Lee spent many hours doing everything he could to help his kids become excellent students, good athletes, and honorable teammates. He was an unassuming Christian man.

We are so very sorry for your loss. We enjoyed getting to know Lee at Solomon's tennis matches. He was a really nice guy who was very proud of his kids. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Lee grew up with our kids and our families were close for many years. Our hearts were saddened as Lee went through so many medical issues always with a positive attitude! We express our sincere sympathy to Lee's children, to Judy and to Steven and his family. May God be close to you and bless you with comfort and strength! Love and hugs to you! I have many happy memories of playing street hockey with Lee in Wayland and Green Lake. I remember doing a bike-a-thon with him from Silver Lake to Martin. I remember when Solomon was just a baby. Even though Lee was a married adult and starting a family, he happily invited me and other high schoolers into his home for games and fun. He was a wonderful guy and will be missed. I pray that God's grace and peace will be be near the whole Korringa family.
