Lee Alan Snider, age 73, of Fort Wayne, died December 26, 2025, at his residence. Lee was born in Garrett, Indiana, on March 30, 1952, to Manford Snider and Gertrude (Bauer) Meyer. He graduated from Northside High School and married Patricia Ann Cannon. Lee was employed for many years as a bridge engineer with Norfolk Southern Railroad. Lee was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved kayaking and gardening.

Survivors include:
Wife, Patty Snider of Fort Wayne.
Son, Robert (Mary) Snider
Son, Mark Snider (deceased)
Daughter, Shelly Snider
Daughter, Tanya Snider
Son, Derrick Snider
Stepdaughter, Stacy (Joe) Hillenburg
Stepdaughter, Rachel (Xavier) Soto
Grandchildren: Alyse (Brandon) Wenger, Bryce Brown, Wade Stolte, Alan Marroquin, Vincent Stolte, Anthony Marroquin, Abigail Hillenburg, Klara Hillenburg, Elijah Soto, and Benjamin Hillenburg.
Great grandchildren: Aiden Wenger, Sawyer Wenger, Cassandra Wenger, Giovanni Stolte, and Giada Stolte.

Lee was 14 months younger than me and my best friend growing up. Lots of wonderful memories in the old neighborhood, family vacations and many special times with family gatherings, grandparents, aunts/uncles & cousins, times & memories I will cherish. Prayers to all his loved ones.
