Sorry to hear about my classmate Lenny. He was one of the many talented students in the class of '58 at Flushing High School. Sincere condolences.

Sorry to hear of the death of Lenny Lipton. We were high school mates at Flushing High in New York City. After high school we went our separate ways but managed to reconnect many years later in Los Angeles. It was fun having lunch together several times as we compared our careers and shared our stories of success. I had been in touch with him during this past year but never knew that he was dealing with a serious health issue. My condolences to his wife Julie and his 3 children.

Lenny and I talked a lot in the early days about super8 3D. Read his books and pieces in Super8 zine. Photo is of an experiment in 3D plotter - to film and modified super8 cams. I went on to do several successful startup in CG. Thanks Lenny. I will miss him. [email protected]

Although I never knew Lenny, we were related, and always loved his poem that became the famous song. I believe our mothers were first cousins. If someone from his family could contact me, I'd greatly appreciate it and send my deepest condolences.

I was his window cleaner for the past 11 years and we had great conversations about growing up in Brooklyn. I really wowed him when i sang "Puff the Magic Dragon" word for word . I was honored and shocked that he called me a month ago to thank me for years of fun and service!
