Lenora Gibson McBride, 68, of Ladson, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc. Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive friends in the Downtown Chapel from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Interment, Magnolia Cemetery. Lenora was born August 23, 1953 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Richard Warren Hayward and Catherine Strother Hayward. Lenora is survived by three daughters: Nannette F. Porter (Richard), Annette G. Mallard (Lawrence) all of Summerville, SC and Kimberly Ebeling (Eric) of Oak Grove, KY; eight grandchildren: Philip Gibson, Mathew Mallard, Tamala Winningham, Ricky Porter, Patrick Ebeling, Joshua Ebeling, Katelyn Porter and Amber Porter; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Danny Warren Hayward (Donna "Skippy") of Ladson, SC; and sister, Katherine "Katie" MacNeal (Ed) of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Charleston, 4975 Lacross Road, #200 A, N. Charleston, SC 29406.

Katie & Danny, I didn't find out until 8 am this morning, Lee had texted me. I'm sorry for your loss. I know the feeling of losing a sibling. I hate that we don't stay in touch with each other even if it's just to say hi. Here's my cell if you guys ever need to talk or whatever. 843-329-2432
